PGP Ascend Gridiron is a youth flag football organization built around a simple belief: sports can develop far more than athletes.
Our league provides a fun, competitive, and positive environment where players can learn the game, develop their skills, and compete each week while building the confidence, character, and self-esteem that carries far beyond the football field.
At PGP Ascend,
development comes first. Our coaches focus on teaching football fundamentals, game IQ, teamwork, communication, leadership, and sportsmanship. We want every player -regardless of experience or ability - to have opportunities to learn, contribute, compete, and grow throughout the season.
While competition is an important part of sports, our league is about more than wins and losses. We believe youth sports should teach kids how to work hard, respond to adversity, support their teammates, accept coaching, believe in themselves, and compete with confidence and respect.
Our goal is for every player to finish the season not only as a better football player, but as a more confident teammate, competitor, and young person.
DEVELOP. COMPETE. ASCEND.
